User Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your HR Baia account and data associated with website or messaging interactions.

  • Website account, candidate or employer profile, and related records covered by the request.
  • Facebook Page-scoped user ID, Facebook display name and profile picture stored by HR Baia.
  • Messenger conversation content and stored attachments that can be matched to the verified requester, subject to records we must retain.

To protect users, HR Baia verifies that the requester controls the relevant account, phone number, or Messenger conversation before deletion.

Messenger-only users can send “Delete my data” in the same Facebook Page conversation. Registered users can also submit the phone-number form below. If the number is not recognized, contact HR Baia from the same Messenger account or through the contact page.

Fill in the form — an administrator will review the request and delete the account along with its profile and vacancies.
